I’ve been working with Jose to improve my language skills so that I can communicate with my Spanish-speaking patients in the hospital I work. Since taking classes with Jose, I was able to build upon what I already know and now I can complete full assessments and make my patients feel comfortable! Jose is a great teacher who is flexible with students like myself who have busy schedules and sometimes little time to study. Working in a private classroom setting was engaging and was an enjoyable experience all around! My coworkers have commented on my language skills improving since starting classes and it’s been very rewarding to take his classes!

Taking Spanish classes at the American Spanish Club is truly an enjoyable experience! I wanted to learn Spanish for both my job as a healthcare worker and for person travel to Spanish-speaking countries. I have learned so much in only a few months and I feel more confident after every class! Jose is an excellent teacher. He is very patient, encouraging, and flexible in meeting my schedule needs for class. I plan to continue to learn with ASC for years to come!

Mr. Reyes is truly a professional. His teaching style ensures you are receiving and understanding the correct grammar. He is very attentive in addressing your questions and wants to ensure you understand the answer. Whether one on one or multiple students, his classroom disposition and atmosphere is outstanding.  I strongly encourage this club if you’re truly interested in learning Spanish language and culture.
